We want you to be happy with anything you purchase from us. The following policy applies to purchases made through this website.
Physical Books
If you change your mind about a physical book, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the book. Unless the item is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
Once the returned book has been received, we will refund the purchase price together with any standard delivery charge originally paid. We may reduce the refund if the book has been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it.
If your book arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Ebooks and Digital Downloads
Our ebooks are digital products and are available for immediate download after purchase. A download link is provided with your order confirmation and is also sent to you by email.
When purchasing an ebook, you will be asked to agree to receive the digital content immediately and to acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel will end once the download begins. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for ebooks once downloading has started, except where required by law.
We want you to know what you are buying before placing an order. Every ebook on our website therefore includes a free preview, allowing you to look through the contents before purchasing. This will usually include the table of contents or chapter list, front matter, introduction and the opening chapter or pages of the book.
We recommend using the preview before purchasing to make sure that the ebook is right for you.
If an ebook is faulty, corrupted, materially different from its description or you experience a problem downloading it, please contact us and we will be happy to help. Your statutory rights are not affected.
